LNY got flooded recently due to our neighbor's broken pipe. I am basically freaking out because I don't have the funding to repair the damage. LNY is not in proper condition to conduct business. It's impossible to get the insurance companies to do anything about it. Shesh. You can feel my frustration, yeah? :(
